I. WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING CHARGES?
All products are eligible for free shipping across India.
International shipping charges will differ according to the region and courier. We will inform you of the exact charges prior to shipping.
Delivery costs do not account for customs. We recommend contacting your local customs office for potential charges before you order, so you are not surprised by any additional charges.
II. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR AN ORDER TO ARRIVE?
Orders within our Express Shipping segment will leave our warehouse within 2 days and are delivered within 7-10 days from the date of order.
For Customised Orders, we may take up to 30-45 working days or as per the delivery date agreed upon at the time of placing the order. Any delays in shipping may be due to the intricacy of the manufacturing process.
III. WHAT IF THE PRODUCT IS RECEIVED IN DAMAGED CONDITION?
In the case that you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to our address directly.

Please ensure that the original product tag and packaging is intact in the event of a return.
